Autum Ashante

Autum Ashante a young female African-American (7yrs old), with a gift for poetry and spotlight. She spoke at a High school that was culturally diverse. She then recited a poem that was made by a former Black Panther leader, asking all the Whites to sit down this does not "pertain white students." You can imagine the upsets. If a white person did this but asked all the culturally different socials to sit, because this doesn't include you. Oh wait we did that already and now they get scholarships, Casino rights, free land, and Tax exemptions. Let me know when I can go to school!!! Maybe then i would be able to write a decent article..

Coffee A weapon

Middletown, Ohio-- A person walked into a convenient headed straight for the Coffee. The suspect then threw the coffee at the female clerk, who had no idea he was even their, in the closet, then hit her over the head.
He then preceded to the cash box and broke it open. While fleeing he pushed the second clerk out of the way who then dialed for help.

Citizens of Mexico risk a 1200 mile long journey, by train, from as far as Tapachula; The train then goes North to Nuevo Laredo. The Mexicans will then risk bandits (who steal and rape), starvation, fatigueness (they fall off the train sometimes), losing limbs, and finally death.
They are almost eager to start for their journey may take them to a promised land.

Not Terror; Teens To Blame for Water Concerns

BLACKSTONE, Massachusetts -- Authorities charged two teenagers in connection with a break-in at a water facility and expected to charge a third as more than 9,000 area residents waited to hear Wednesday whether their drinking water had been contaminated.
The teens are suspected of cutting the barbed wire at the facility late Monday, breaking connections to an alarm, and then damaging an electrical panel and a vent at the top of a 1.3-million-gallon water storage tank, said Blackstone Police Lt. Gregory Gilmore.
A container, 5-gallon bucket, with an odor was found on top of the tank, but authorities do not yet know what, if anything, was put into the water.
Apparently, the teens first became suspects from boasting at school about it.
"At this point, the police are considering this to be a vandalism incident, not an act of terrorism, but all due diligence should be used until test come back, hopefully negative," Gilmore said.
"We know for sure that when they tampered with the vent cover at the top of the tower some debris had fallen into the water supply," Gilmore said.
The two 15-year-old boys, whose names were not released because of their ages, were charged with malicious destruction of property, tampering with a public water supply and polluting the water supply, all felonies, and trespassing. Gilmore also stated that a 15-year-old girl had NOT been arrested but likely would be charged with trespassing. (of course innocent females).
The water system serves Blackstone's nearly 9,000 residents and about four dozen homes in neighboring North Smithfield, Rhode Island, about 55 miles south of Boston.
A water ban was in effect while the water and container were being tested for biological or chemical contaminants.

SAMMAMISH, Wash. — Whoever took off with 54 new soccer balls and other paraphernalia from a high school ticket booth took a lot of time so as not "to make a big mess," puzzled investigators say.
A quarter-inch-thick glass pane weighing about 30 pounds was carefully removed and placed against the outside of the booth near Eastlake High School sometime between March 4 and 6, when the burglary was discovered, said King County sheriff's Deputy Stanley J. Chapin, a school resource officer.
It wasnt a smash and grab "They removed the entire window to the ticket booth. It took some time," Chapin said.

Besides the balls, new with a list price of $54.99 each, six black nylon bags, 16 reversible Brine vests known in soccer as "pinnies" and 100 squat cones of various colors for use as field markers, Chapin said. He gave the total value at $3,562.
The burglary was discovered March 6, a Monday, when a coach opened the booth and found the equipment gone.
Chapin said this week that investigators obtained a set of latent fingerprints but have been unable to pinpoint who might be responsible.
(1 question) Does that still construe as Breaking and entering?
If not maybe the thief was thinking. I'd watch E-bay or every play-it-again sports closely.

Safecracker in Texas

You read it right not only cowboys in Texas anymore. Their is a burglar
(Fox News is saying boogler) that apparently is breaking into Texas' businesses and entering the safes (very easily the way it seems).
He/She even went so far as leaving a note that read in one of them
"Come on guys, for real, " the note read, with an arrow pointing toward the safe.
at a Linens and thing another note read, "Happy Birthday from your friendly rooftop Boogler."
At a Western Warehouse in Dallas, the presumptuous prose read: "Come on, get a real safe, rooftop boogler strikes again."
They have very little evidence against the perpatraitor but leaving a calling card, the notes, hopefully will be the suspects demise.
If I were them (Texas Investigators) i would start with locksmiths names, do a background check on the ones in Texas

Supporting Terrorist

A federal judge in Oregon has refused the FBI a classified document that may show that the NSA conducted warrantless electronic surveillance on an Ashland, Ore., charity that the government alleges had ties to Osama bin Laden. U.S. District Judge Garr King sided with charity attorney Steven Goldberg, who argued that the FBI is a defendant in the case and therefore not a neutral party that can be entrusted with the document. The judge instead has temporarily placed the document with federal prosecutors in Seattle until he can make a decision as to how the material should be handled.

When is it Bushs' Turn

White House chief of staff Andy Card has resigned and will be replaced by budget director Joshua Bolten, President Bush announced Tuesday amid growing calls for a White House shakeup and Republican concern about Bush's tumbling poll ratings.
"The good news is the administration has finally realized it needs to change its ways, but the problems go far deeper than one staffer," said Sen. Charles Schumer. Watch out Senators just about every political representative probably should change their way(s).
On another note, Who said they needed to change the Chief Of Staff? I've been hearing and reading all about Bush; not Andy Card.
If you ask me giving the circumstances, how many million dollar missiles did we send into a big rock, I wonder who authorizes those!!

Pastors Murderer Caught

The Tennessee preacher's wife charged with murder in the death of her husband wanted his congregation to know "she was sorry for everything she has done," said a friend who visited her in jail Sunday.
Winkler, 32, has been charged with first-degree murder in the death of her husband, Matthew Winkler, the preacher at the Fourth Street Church of Christ in this small town 80 miles east of Memphis.
Her initial court appearance is scheduled for Monday.

Explosive Devices Found

GRAND JUNCTION, Colorado-Three explosive devices detonated at the homes of aviation industry employees in western Colorado were similar to a device that exploded at a company's corporate office in Tennessee last month, authorities said Sunday.
The devices went off Friday and two others were disarmed at the homes of a Federal Aviation Administration employee and workers at Serco Group Pcl., which operates 56 air traffic control towers. No one was hurt and damage was minor.
An improvised explosive device was detonated on the roof of the Serco project management office in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, on February 1, said Kenny Spann of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. No one was hurt.
"There are strong similarities between the components and design of these devices," Spann said.
Police have described the bombs as containers resembling office-style trash cans with a device strapped to them.
Security at Serco's towers was increased since the explosions, said Pete Dumont, Serco's vice president for aviation.
Federal investigators have obtained an arrest warrant for Robert L. Burke, 54, a former Serco employee who was fired two years ago while working as an air traffic controller at Walker Field in Grand Junction.

Shooting In Seattle

Seattle-- Aaron Kyle Huff, a pizza delivery driver, has lived at an apartment in Seattle with his twin brother for five years.
The apartment manager described them as very nice and gentle people.
The manager even said, "Twin teddy bears."
But police say the man who opened fire on partygoers after a weekend rave, killing six and wounding two, was anything but gentle. He "approached the house shooting and didn't stop shooting" until he killed himself, police spokesman Sean Whitcomb said.
"It's a total shock," said Regina Gray, manager of Town & Country Apartments, where Kyle Huff, identified by authorities as the shooter, lived. "He and his twin brother are the kindest, sweetest, gentlest people."
People who saw him at the party before the attack described him as quiet, maybe a bit moody, but not showing any indication he would turn violent, Deputy Chief Clark Kimerer said Monday on CNN.
Some of the partygoers were intoxicated, but there were no signs of heavy drug use at the house, Kimerer said. Toxicology reports on the shooter won't be available for several days, and search of his apartment didn't turn up any notes or literature that might point to a motive, he said.
Still, the attack was "clearly a premeditated and well planned assault on innocent people," Kimerer said.
"It is very clear that he had thought out a murderous spree, a campaign," Kimerer said. "He had hundreds of rounds and weapons. An assault weapon was found in his vehicle, in addition to the shotgun and the handgun and numerous rounds that he took with him into the house. A machete was found. Flex cuffs were found in the vehicle."
Police say the victims, many of them dressed up as zombies in black with white face paint, had met the 28-year-old Huff at a rave called "Better Off Undead" Friday night and invited him back to an after-party at their rental home on Capitol Hill.
Huff left the after-party at about 7 a.m. Saturday and returned wearing bandoliers of ammunition and carrying a 12-gauge pistol-grip shotgun and a handgun. He fired on the 30 young partygoers gathered in the house before walking out and killing himself when confronted by a police officer.
"This would have been so far out of character," said Jim Pickett, the assistant manager of the Town & Country Apartments, where the brothers lived.
The Huff brothers were "very polite. Very respectful. 'Yessir. Yes ma'am. Can I help ya.' How am I doing today? ... You don't find two boys as respectful as these two always were."
The brothers moved into the third-floor apartment 4 1/2 years ago after leaving their family home in Whitefish, Mont., apartment managers said.
Pickett said he never saw either of the brothers with weapons, but he said he did see police carry three rifles out of the apartment after a search Saturday.
When he saw Huff's brother as police were conducting the search, "He gave a look to me like, 'I don't know what's going on,'" Pickett said.
Lt. Dave Leib, of the Flathead County sheriff's office in Montana, confirmed Kyle Huff's identity as the suspected shooter Sunday afternoon. He said he informed Huff's mother Sunday that her son was dead.
Leib said Huff had been charged with felony criminal mischief in 2000 after shooting a statue of a moose with a shotgun at an art exhibit in Whitefish.
In Seattle, Huff delivered pizzas and did odd jobs, Gray said. She added that he would go home to Montana to do some work for his mother from time to time.
Pickett described the brothers as private and good tenants. One of the brothers played drums, but was very careful not to disturb neighbors. "He was really getting pretty good. He would practice at a respectful hour between 4 and 6 and would stop at 6," Pickett said.
Authorities have not released the victim's identities, but relatives and friends of three victims, Jason Travers, 32, Jeremy Martin, 26, and Christopher Williamson, 21, confirmed that they were among the dead.
Several ravers gathered at a makeshift memorial near the crime scene Sunday, including Travis Webb, an area promoter of raves_ parties that attract young people to dance to thumping, bass-laden electronic music.
Webb said he and other ravers fear officials will use the shooting as an excuse to shut down the parties.
"It's almost a double punishment," Webb said. "You lose six people that are so close, and then you might lose the community that brought you all together in the first place."

20 billion dollar industry

So America wants to fight the war on drugs in other countries also. This is great just what we need. As you may know Nicaragua is between Columbia and Mexico. This means for cocaine to get from Columbia it goes through Nicaragua, mainly a river. So since the U.S. dont want a blood bath on their hands (columbian drug runners or cartel) they are going to stop it at nicaragua( a very poor country) . This means that they are going to arrest, possibly kill if resistance, some people that finally found a way to support their families. While drug trafficking is illegal why stop it at the poor person that has no choice if he wants to eat. Me personally i would rather see drug addicts support Nicaragua then the hard working American Taxpayer. No matter what anyone does as long as Earth has soil people will have access to drugs. Leave Nicaragua alone or they will end up looking like what we see on TV everyday, nothing but skin and bones.
We already have our noses in Iraqs business do we really want to start a World War, Thats what we are doing. alot of this is opinion take it how you may. Like I said i dont support drugs; addicts do. Its their money that they earned who is to say that one drug is legal and another is illegal.
Please comment to any of my post and i will add it in.
Well leave the 3rd world countries alone they are just trying to feed themselves. all in all if American authorities go to every country(seems unconstitutional) and takes down their leading markets that is exactly what will happen.
WWIII I hope im wrong.

Father conceals Daughters' Bodies in Box Before Suicide

Knoxville, TN--- a man hid the bodies of his two young daughters in a plastic container in the back seat of his car before killing himself, authorities said Friday.
Richard Howard, 32, apparently shot himself Thursday after a Tennessee Valley Authority police officer approached him as he sat in his car at the Bull Run fossil plant near Oak Ridge.
The officer checked Howard's license tag and found he was wanted on rape charges. When the officer returned he found him slumped over the steering wheel.
He left a handwritten suicide note that assisted authorities in discovering the girls.
"The note that he left is somewhat self-explanatory as to why he committed these crimes," said Bob Denney, an agent for the Tennessee Bureau Of Investigations.
Preliminary examinations do not indicate how Brionna, 3, and Markayla, 2, died. Autopsies are planned
Howard had lived until last year in Clarksville, where he had worked as a bodyguard and a bounty hunter, he told a newspaper for a February article. He then moved back to Oak Ridge with his daughters.

His estranged wife and mother of his daughters, Amanda Walters, remained in Clarksville, authorities said. Walters could not be found and she could not be reached for commenting.
Howard was indicted in November on rape charges stemming from an incident in July with a 15-year-old girl who was a baby sitter, Clarksville police Detective said. He was not arrested because he had already left Clarksville.

Knock, knock, Whose There

Well thats what Lori Pachelli Probably said when an 8-foot gator with a bloody nose came knocking at her door in a quiet gated community in Bonita Springs. Lori thinks it might of followed her, actually her cocker spaniel, after returning from a walk.

The bull gator lingered for an hour and a half before finally retreating back to its pond behind the house. Thats when trapper John French captured it.
It is not unusual to find Male gators wondering into weird places this time of year.
It is their breeding season also known as "crawl season".
So if their is someone knocking and you cant see through the peep hole.
Dont let your dog run out to sniff the company.

pastor murdered

SELMER, Tennessee - Matthew Winkler had been the minister at the Fourth Street Church of Christ for just over a year, and the community loved his straight-by-the-Bible sermons and his soft wife, Mary (32).
Now church members are struggling to understand how their charismatic 31-year-old minister could have been shot to death in his small-town parsonage.
Winkler's body was found Wednesday night. His wife and three young daughters were found Thursday in southern Alabama after a 24 hr. search.
Later Thursday, authorities said they considered Mary Winkler a suspect. She and the couple's daughters were in the family's van when a police officer spotted it parked along a road in Orange Beach, Alabama, about seven hours drive south of Selmer
"We've known from the beginning that she was either a suspect or a victim," said Jennifer Johnson, spokeswoman for the Tennessee Bureau of Investigations.
TBI agents and Selmer police were on their way to Alabama Thursday night to question her and the children.
The bureau had issued an Amber Alert early Thursday for the couple's daughters, Breanna, 1, Mary Alice, 6, and Patricia, 8.
"We're just so relieved that the kids were found safe and now we can focus on the next task" of solving the crime, Johnson said.
Church members went looking for the minister when he did not show up for an evening service. They used a key to enter the parsonage -- which is a couple of miles across town from the church -- and found him dead in a bedroom late Wednesday, Police Chief Neal Burks said.
Winkler had been shot in the back. Johnson said there were no signs of forced entry at the parsonage.
Mary Winkler had last been seen late Tuesday afternoon picking up the children from school, said Ed Jones, TBI assistant director. Burks said she worked as a substitute teacher at the elementary school.
'He just preached the Bible'
Matthew Winkler was hired as minister in February 2005, said Wilburn Ash, an elder at the 200-member church in Selmer, a town of about 4,600 in western Tennessee. The job was Winkler's first full-time ministry after working as a youth minister at another church.
"They were a nice family," said former Mayor Jimmy Whittington, who said he worked with the minister collecting donations for hurricane victims last year. "They just blended in."
Ash said he never saw any conflict in the family.
"He seemed like he was real happy here, and we were happy with him," Ash said. "He preached the Bible. He didn't make his opinions known on what was popular or what was politically right. He just preached the Bible."
Members of the congregation gathered Thursday inside the one-story brick church.
"I can't believe this would happen," said Pam Killingsworth, a church member and assistant principal at Selmer Elementary, which the older Winkler children attend.
"The kids are just precious, and (Mary Winkler) was precious," Killingsworth said, her eyes red from crying and her voice cracking at times. "He was the one of the best ministers we've ever had -- just super charisma."
What kind of Criminals would commit these crimes?

Florida Plane Crash

Breaking News: Melbourne Plane Crash
Shortly before 11:00 a.m. this morning, a twin-engine plane crashed and three passengers are confirmed dead directly behind 270 East Drive, Melbourne.
A twin-engine plane had departed earlier today from Craig Airport of Jacksonville, Florida, and was in final approach to the Melbourne Airport when it crashed for unknown reasons.
As a result of the plane crash, several small brush fires were ignited, and Brevard County Fire Rescue and Melbourne Fire Department are on scene distinguishing the fires. All fires have been reported out.
As of 12:00 noon, both East Drive and West Drive, Melbourne, are closed to vehicle traffic while emergency personnel secure the crash scene.
The identities of the victims are unknown, and the case is under investigation by the sheriff's office homicide unit, FAA and NTSB.

Natalee holloway

SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico -- Aruban authorities reportedly have a new witness in the disappearance of Alabama teen Natalee Holloway and plan to conduct another search for her body on the Dutch Caribbean island.
The witness provided specific information that prompted investigators to organize a search in sand dunes along the northern tip of the island, said Gerald Dompig, Aruba's deputy chief of police, in an interview with CBS television's "48 Hours Mystery" program.
Dompig said investigators will use cadaver dogs to search near a lighthouse and believe that someone took steps to carefully hide Holloway's body -- perhaps burying her twice.
The witness "wanted to talk about the fact that he knew more about the whereabouts of Natalee," Dompig said, according to a partial transcript of the interview, scheduled for broadcast on Saturday.
"The information that this person gave was too specific to just be a story that was just made up by someone."
Aruban authorities declined to comment on the report Wednesday.
Holloway's mother, Beth Twitty of Mountain Brook, Alabama, said she's aware of the program, but had "no idea" how it would be presented.
"I'm just waiting to see it Saturday night," Twitty said.
Holloway, 18, was last seen leaving a bar with Dutch national Joran van der Sloot and Surinamese brothers Deepak and Satish Kalpoe. No one has been charged in her disappearance and the investigation has produced a number of false leads.
In January, Aruban investigators searched sand dunes on the northwest coast of the island with more than 50 officers. At the time, Dompig said police had considered the dunes a place of interest since the investigation began and had searched them before.

My sympathy and condolence goes out to the family and loved ones. I do hope they find out what happened, you will be included in my prayers.

This part was added after original
Dompig said she could have either died in a nonviolent manner, by her going into shock or that she collapsed due to her body's reaction to effects from alcohol or drugs, or she was killed.
well of course she died someway, and even if their was a cover up(IF she overdosed or other self induced accidents) someone(or more) deprived her of a proper burial, they deprived her family from knowing the truth. Thats not right I hope when i go their is not a story on my disapearrance but maybe more a story of my life, which wouldnt take long.

Cruise ship fatality

Blaze breaks out aboard U.S. cruise ship, 1 dead
A fire broke out today on the Jamaica-bound Star Princess cruise ship, and one person died of a heart attack, according to cruise line officials. Two people suffered significant smoke inhalation and nine others had "minor complications from smoke inhalation," said a statement from Princess Cruises, which is owned by Carnival Corp. The Star Princess, with 3,813 passengers and crew, was en route to Montego Bay, Jamaica, after departing Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on Sunday, the cruise line said. The cause of the fire is not yet known.
Two people suffered significant smoke inhalation and nine others had "minor complications from smoke inhalation," said a statement from Princess Cruises, which is owned by Carnival Corp.
The Star Princess, with 3,813 passengers and crew, was en route to Montego Bay, Jamaica, after departing Fort Lauderdale, Florida, on Sunday, Princess said.
"We are currently completing a full passenger check to account for all passengers and crew," the statement said.
The fire began around 3:10 a.m. in the passenger accommodations, according to the cruise line.
Princess: Flames extinguished
The flames were extinguished but smoke lingers, Princess said, and the cause of the fire is not yet known.
Officials said the vessel was carrying 2,690 passengers and 1,123 crew.
The blaze affected passenger decks 9 through 12, about 100 cabins, said Coast Guard Petty Officer Ryan Doss.
The Princess statement said, "Passengers were immediately notified of the fire using the public address system and requested to report to their muster stations."
Family members of passengers can call 1-800-693-7222 for information.
The Coast Guard said it is sending a fire protection engineer, an inspector and an investigating officer to Montego Bay to begin an investigation into the incident.
